⌚️Smart watch ‘hack’⌚️
How many times have you been settling your baby in the dark and then you lift your arm up and your watch display lights up 🤦🏽♀️ Baby suddenly stops falling asleep and is interested in the light coming from your wrist!
This happened to me and I thought I needed to share what I found works to stop this (beside leaving your watch outside the nursery 😅).
Did you know that some smart watches have a ‘cinema’ mode? It stops the screen lighting up! And even better, there is a ‘sleep mode’ that stops the screen lighting up and if you need to see the time it is very dimly lit! Thank you to a follower below for sharing that tip.
I turn mine onto cinema mode now when I am putting my youngest down ⭐️
