How do the full sleep support packages work?

After discussing your requirements and deciding that a sleep plan package is suitable, you will answer some questions about your current situation and will send these across to me. I will then analyse your situation and ask you a couple more questions whilst creating the personalised sleep plan.

We will discuss different settling methods and decide on the best method that suits you and your child.  There are several different methods (including very gentle ones) which range in level of support that you will give to your child and even when we choose one we can always change it and adapt when we see what works or what doesn’t work.

Once I have created your personalised plan, I then send it across and we check and discuss it. We look at the whole day of naps as well as settling methods. We then start our block of support on an agreed date.

All sleep support plans begin on Mondays and run for 5 consecutive days (Monday–Friday). 

I am available on WhatsApp from around 6.30am until 9pm. I do morning and bedtime check ins and then every nap check in too! I metaphorically hold your hand through it all. You will never feel alone in this process.

While I won’t be available for direct support over the weekend, you’ll be fully prepared with clear guidance and plans to confidently manage naps and routines during that time. Ongoing support can then resume the following Monday if you choose to continue for extra weeks of support.

The plan is fully flexible to accommodate for baby groups and social events and if anything within the plan doesn’t work, we change things around and try new things. I will help you every step of the way.

I don’t offer ‘cry it out’ as a method and you never have to leave your child alone if you do not want to.

I’ll be completely honest, in this day and age with the amount of people and “experts” on instagram and the amount of conflicting information on babies these days. I was apprehensive when my wife suggested a sleep coach. But in the name of supporting my wife and knowing the difficulties we would face going back to work so early on, I agreed to have a chat to Nat. I wasn’t involved on the rescue call as our reason for rescuing required my full attention, but hearing her approach through my wife and seeing how happy and excited she was we signed up.

I now can’t recommend Nat and her services enough. Words can’t actually explain how happy I am we went ahead. Not only does her system work instantly and the results are mind blowing. She is just fantastic in everyway. How she manages to juggle her own life and 4 kids but simultaneously be available pretty much 24/7, needs to be studied. She is a real life superwoman, who provides real world advice and real results. The main appeals to my wife were that she breastfed her own boys and never promotes the self soothing and cry it out approach. Following her techniques and her consistent availability at nap times means you cannot go wrong. She refuses to provide a cookie cutter plan, when you sign up with Nat you get a completely individualised plan unique to your circumstances and child. She combines a step by step process and continuous support and check ins all day everyday, all whilst being extremely flexible to how your baby reacts. She is incredibly positive and personable, which gave us so much confidence in the process, even when times are hard. It can get tough at times as babies follow their own schedule, but Nat’s support allowed us to overcome everything.

I never felt alone

All I can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts! When I first reached out to Nat, I was apprehensive because of a previous experience with a well-known sleep consultant who claimed to use gentle methods but didn’t. From Nat’s very first reply, I felt confident that she truly understood what we needed.

What I didn’t expect was her proactive support—she was always there for us, responding so quickly that I never felt alone in the process. Her positivity gave me the courage to ditch the dummy cold turkey, something I was terrified to do since my daughter relied on it so much. But with Nat’s encouragement, we did it, and it was absolutely the right decision!

Her check-ins made such a difference, helping us feel in control rather than overwhelmed. She was incredibly understanding and flexible, willing to adjust methods based on what worked best for us—unlike our previous experience where we felt stuck and lost. At no point did we feel pressured into anything that didn’t feel right, and that just proves how much Nat genuinely cares.

If you’re on the fence, don’t be! Nat is a lifesaver. After months of sleepless nights (since my daughter was 4 months old—now 11 months), our little family can finally rest. I cannot recommend her enough!

I’m honestly not sure where to even begin with Nat, she has been an absolute life changing queen for us.
We have worked with Nat for 2 months now on & off within that time, and I can honestly say it’s just been the most amazing transformation for us as a family!
I reached out to her at a desperate time when our 7 month old was waking every 45 mins to an hour over night, we were at our wits end and knew something had to change.
I was really apprehensive because I had paid a LOT of money to a sleep consultant previously who really didn’t help us at all.
I had read lots of positive reviews on Nat via the app ‘peanut’ and I decided to reach out her and see if she could help. I explained our situation, she asked a few questions and within an hour I had a sleep plan written up and a plan of action going forward and we started the next day. 3 days is all it took and our baby was like a completely different child, she was sleeping better, we were sleeping more and we were all just so much happier as a family.
The biggest factor was helping us with her day time sleep as I think this was having an effect on her night time sleep. Nat was on hand when i had any questions or was flapping about Ava waking earlier than she was supposed to from naps etc and her replies where honestly quicker then I can make a cup of tea with the help and support I needed!
I’m so sad to say goodbye, but I just know she’ll be there whenever I may need her in the future!

Nat helped both of my children sleep better!

I can’t thank Nat enough. My 8 month old was waking every single hour every single night and I thought I was gonna lose my mind. On top of that, my 2 year old, who used to be able to go to sleep without a problem, turned 2 and decided he no longer wanted to sleep and I would sit for about an hour each night with him until he fell asleep, whilst hearing him tell me over and over “I dont wanna go sleep”.
I was over-stimulated, exhausted and stressed. Nights with Nat turned it all around. My 8 month old can now sleep 12 hours through the night with no wake ups, and I can now put my 2 year old to bed and leave the room straight away… AMAZING!

After 22 months of sleepless nights & early mornings, Nats follow request on Instagram was the sign that it was time for change.
There was never any judgement from Nat, just a desire to help. What won me over was the fact that she never once suggested a cry it out method and completely tailored a plan around our own preferences as parents. We set a date & we have never looked back. The changes in a week have changed our whole outlook on sleep. We used to go to bed anxious about what the night would hold knowing we had work the next day.
