How do the full sleep support packages work?
After discussing your requirements and deciding that a sleep plan package is suitable, you will answer some questions about your current situation and will send these across to me. I will then analyse your situation and ask you a couple more questions whilst creating the personalised sleep plan.
We will discuss different settling methods and decide on the best method that suits you and your child. There are several different methods (including very gentle ones) which range in level of support that you will give to your child and even when we choose one we can always change it and adapt when we see what works or what doesn’t work.
Once I have created your personalised plan, I then send it across and we check and discuss it. We look at the whole day of naps as well as settling methods. We then start our block of support on an agreed date.
All sleep support plans begin on Mondays and run for 5 consecutive days (Monday–Friday).
I am available on WhatsApp from around 6.30am until 9pm. I do morning and bedtime check ins and then every nap check in too! I metaphorically hold your hand through it all. You will never feel alone in this process.
While I won’t be available for direct support over the weekend, you’ll be fully prepared with clear guidance and plans to confidently manage naps and routines during that time. Ongoing support can then resume the following Monday if you choose to continue for extra weeks of support.
The plan is fully flexible to accommodate for baby groups and social events and if anything within the plan doesn’t work, we change things around and try new things. I will help you every step of the way.
I don’t offer ‘cry it out’ as a method and you never have to leave your child alone if you do not want to.
