Wow. Just Wow. Where on earth do I begin?! 2025 has truly been the year that Nights with Nat took off 🥹✨
At the end of 2024, I was juggling two worlds — part-time primary school teacher, and part-time sleep consultant — while also raising four young boys, managing family life, and keeping all the plates spinning. I poured my heart into everything I did, believing deeply in this work, but quietly dreaming of what might be possible.
As I come to the end of 2025, I’m incredibly proud (and still a little in disbelief) to say that I am now a full-time sleep consultant, supporting families across the world 🤯 and achieving brilliant results, all while navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood.
Tonight, I sat down and counted just how many families I’ve had the privilege of supporting this year alone — 1,089 families.
1,089 babies, toddlers, children and parents sleeping better. That number still blows my mind. I get daily messages from families who hear about me at baby classes, see me recommended on parenting pages and WhatsApp groups and I’m honestly so grateful for all the love and support I have been shown over the past year. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all of your recommendations!!
