If you walk into your baby’s nursery and they burst into tears meaning you panic, rock, sway and try everything to calm them down and get them to sleep, you are not alone!
I get so many messages from clients when they walk into the nursery and baby gets upset!
I usually find this is because baby has realised they are actually tired and just want to go to sleep. However trying to get an upset baby to fall asleep is stressful for everyone involved!
My top tip, is a star projector or bubble light! Either have it on ready in the nursery as a distraction or turn it on once in there. I find they get distracted from crying and then once they are calm you can finish your routine and put them down calmly ❤️
