✨ “Reaching out doesn’t mean you’ve failed” ✨
Someone recently messaged me saying that contacting me for sleep support made them feel like they had failed. I want to be really clear that that is NOT true.
Think about it this way – would you feel like a failure if you called a doctor about an illness you couldn’t treat at home? Of course not! Getting help is the smart, caring thing to do.
Sleep challenges, especially with children, are tricky, exhausting and sometimes overwhelming. Asking for support doesn’t mean you’re not capable, it means you’re taking proactive steps to help your family rest better.
💡 Seeking help = strength, not failure.
If sleep feels impossible, you deserve guidance, reassurance and a plan that works for your family. And reaching out is the first step towards that. My inbox is always open ❤️
