⏰ Clock Change ⏰
The clocks go back tomorrow morning at 2am. Your child is (hopefully) now in bed and you have either tried to adjust timings or are just going to go with the flow tomorrow.
My biggest tip for the morning, regardless of what you have done to prepare for the clock change, would be to treat any wake before 6am as a night wake. For example, if your child wakes up at 5.30am, which is the ‘old’ time of 6.30am, try and resettle them and keep them in their cot/ dark room until 6am.
Then just get up, lights on and carry on with your day with all the new times and very soon your little one will have adjusted to the new times and the clock change will be a distant memory.
Remember, everyone adjusts to the clock change eventually and some just adjust quicker than others – including babies and children!
