She followed our lead as much as we followed hers

Nat has changed our lives by helping to improve our baby’s naps and bedtime routine. We were sleep deprived and in the trenches of sleep regression with no light at the end of the tunnel. Her tips and tricks are personalised and there was never any pressure to do anything we weren’t sure of. She followed our lead as much as we followed hers, we worked together and found (very quickly) what worked for us and our daughter. I was so dubious about using a sleep consultant I’ve seen a lot of things on social media and wasn’t sure it would be for us but I cannot recommend Nat enough. Finally we no longer dread going to bed and I feel like our daughter is also so much more rested and content. We have loved our 3 weeks with Nat and I am so happy we are able to look forward to an exciting and well rested Christmas!! Thank you Nat 🩷

We’ve come such a long way, and I’m so grateful

I had an amazing experience with Nat. She helped me completely reorganize my daughter’s bedtime and daily routine, and the results have been incredible. With her guidance, I was able to reduce her nighttime milk feeds from 3–4 times a night to none, and she now sleeps independently in her cot through the whole night.
Before working with Nat, my daughter would wake up multiple times, have tantrums for milk, and insist on sleeping with me and my husband. It was such a challenging phase, especially because she’s older and very aware of separation. It was tough for me and my husband, we were exhausted the whole day.
We reached out to Nat, she supported us every step of the way — always just a message away whenever I needed help or reassurance. We live in a different time zone and she would be guiding me every night and would ask about our night first thing in the morning.
We’ve come such a long way, and I’m so grateful for her patience, expertise, and constant support. Highly recommended!

It helped that she was also a breastfeeding mum that had been through the same issues we were facing

I contacted Nights with Nat after seeing a video on TikTok singing her praises! I had followed so many sleep consultants and even paid £40 for a course which was absolutely useless!
Nat was so understanding right from the start, it helped that she was also a breastfeeding mum that had been through the same issues we were facing! I knew instantly that I would bite the bullet and pay for 3 weeks 1:1 to try and help us with our little boys sleep!
Within a few hours of securing our weeks, Nat had sent a personalised sleep plan along with a few gentle methods to try! We decided to start straight away to see if we could make small changes before our 1:1 started! By night 3 our boy was falling asleep independently with no tears so this made me even more excited to get started!
In the 3 weeks we’ve spent with Nat, our boy has gone from waking up 5-8 times per night, co sleeping from 3am, couldn’t self-settle at all, every nap either a contact nap or pram nap and always fed to sleep for every night wake! He is now waking 1, maybe 2 times per night, only 1 feed and sleeping in his own cot all night! We’ve even had a sleep through which I never thought was possible! This has been life changing! He is now able to self-settle and myself and my husband have our evenings back!! I no longer have to go to bed at 8pm and sit in a dark room!!
I can only say thank you so much for all of your help!
If anyone is struggling with sleep and thinks that it’s just life and things will get better, don’t wait .. just go for it!

Please don’t do what I did and wait, hoping things will magically get better

I came across Nat through a small TikTok account with hardly any likes—exactly why I knew the review was genuine and not paid. Before that, I’d tried reaching out to the big sleep consultants with hundreds of thousands of followers, but every one of them felt like chatting to a bot. I even bought a generic sleep guide that did absolutely nothing except stress me out.
Finding Nat was the best thing that could have happened, and I discovered her at my absolute lowest. My little boy was nearly six months old and every nap was still a contact nap. They were horrifically stressful—we had to rock, run up and down, sing louder than his screaming, and stand for hours to get him to sleep. I was completely drained. Thank goodness my mum and dad could take turns helping while my partner was at work.
Every morning I would dread the first nap. He’d start screaming 45 minutes after waking because he was already exhausted, and it felt like my whole day began and ended in chaos. At night I’d feed him to sleep, praying he’d drift off on the bottle so I could put him down, only to be up every two hours feeding again just to settle him.
One night, after an awful stretch, I was lying in bed crying and reached out to Nat—and she replied immediately. Four hours later she sent me a completely bespoke sleep plan for Arthur. I started that very afternoon, capped his last nap, and that night he slept through for the first time. I couldn’t believe it.
The next day I tried to follow the nap plan on my own but struggled, and once my 1:1 support with Nat started, everything changed. She was there every step of the way. Her replies were so fast and her knowledge is incredible. In just two days my confidence grew tenfold. I was honestly sad when the week came to an end—I even booked a second week because having her there felt like having a comfort blanket.
Nat never makes you do anything you’re not comfortable with. If you’re happy, she’s happy. Arthur has now slept through a couple of times, but I’m also perfectly content giving him one night feed, which is all he needs. I absolutely love having structure and routine in my day. Nat encouraged me to pram-nap rain or shine, which has been amazing for getting me out of the house and has done wonders for my mental health.
Honestly, I need Nat on speed dial. I’m even considering her six-month package because I love having her support that much. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who’s struggling. Please don’t do what I did and wait, hoping things will magically get better. They don’t. Babies who struggle to sleep need support and gentle teaching. I kept thinking my baby would eventually just nap in his cot or suddenly sleep longer stretches—but he needed me to have the right skills, and Nat gave me those.
Thank you, Nat. You’re incredible.
P.S. She even works weekends and replies throughout—her dedication is unreal!

One of the most beneficial things we have done as parents

Where do I even begin?! Working with Nat has been one of the most beneficial things we have done as parents and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Since birth, Louie was consistently waking up every 2 hours at night and it was taking him hours to fall asleep, often having false starts which resulted in either myself or my husband holding him, feeding him or rocking him to sleep. Most nights he ended up in our bed, and whilst this didn’t impact my husband‘s sleep, even when Louie was sleeping I couldn’t relax enough to sleep as I was so worried about SIDS (even though we made sure the co-sleeping was safe for him). Prior to working with Nat, Louie had slept for a period of 5 times only 3 times in his 6months and there was little day time routine with regard to naps. Trying to function on such little sleep (probably about 4hours or broken sleep a night for me) meant I was at breaking point and mentally I was done. Louie is our second child so trying to function and be present for both boys was impossible! I had zero energy, wanted to sit on the sofa all day as the thought of going out killed me, had little patience with my older son, and my husband and I had had no time together since Louie was born 6 months prior to working with Nat.
I had 4 aims – to have Louie sleeping for a longer chunk of time than 2 hours, to have more energy, to have our evenings back again and to ditch the dummy. All of these were met within the first couple of days of working with Nat! Louie is now pretty much consistently sleeping for chunks of around 4.5-5.5hours each night – something I never thought possible! Sleeping through the night was not an aim of mine and it is still not, as I am confident that one day Louie WILL do it due to all he has learnt and continues to learn.  My husband and I have also learnt a lot which has resulted in us being confident and staying calm during bedtime and overnight wakes. Nat is empathetic, listens without judgment and tweaks the individual plan to work around the needs of the family (which can be difficult when you have other children on different schedules!).  There is absolutely no need to sit at home all day every day to get better sleep either – each day Nat listened to anything we needed to work around nap wise and was able to offer suggestions and tweaks for that particular day.
Not only has working with Nat benefited Louie’s sleep but has also had a positive effect on my own mental health. Having energy to go out for walks, to be properly present with my older son and to spend quality time with my husband in the evenings has all been possible due to Nat. Nat has been with and supported us through Louie getting his first 2 teeth, sickness and also transitioning to 2 naps. We originally booked a 3 week package but extended it for an extra week to consolidate and tweak the nap transition – genuinely the best investment for us! I wish we had booked in with Nat as soon as I started following her on Instagram and I would encourage anyone who is considering buying a package to do it – you will not regret it!!
Nat – thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You guidance, encouragement and love is something that we will hold onto as we continue forward with Louie‘s sleep journey 🥰

I used to go to bed the same time as the baby as I wouldn’t know when the next wake up would be!

Thank you soooo much for all of your help & support over the last two weeks.
Before starting your plan we were struggling with false starts and anywhere between 5-11 wake ups a night. We were absolutely exhausted and then I came across you on someone TikTok Review, did my own research and thought it was worth the money to at least give you a try.
Fast forward two weeks, we can put our 5 month old down in the cot and shh to sleep instead of rocking, bouncing, tapping or even feeding to sleep. We’re consistently getting 2-3 wakes a night now which has made a huge difference. We can even put her down to bed and then come and have some time as a couple downstairs before we head to bed ourselves, I used to go to bed the same time as the baby as I wouldn’t know when the next wake up would be!
Thank you so much Nat for all of your help and support over the last 2 weeks, I won’t hesitate to recommend you to others and if we need anymore support in the future, I’ll be sure to reach out! 💖

I have a better understanding of how much naps in the day impact sleep at night

Thank you so much Nat!
Nat sent the plan through for my 9 month old about 5 days before our start date. I got started right away and straight away I noticed a difference! Once we started with Nat officially, the 1-1 support and messaging was invaluable. I have a better understanding of how much naps in the day impact sleep at night and she really helped me to get into a consistent routine and our sleep overnight has gone from waking every 30/40 mins to sleeping through (most nights!)
Thank you Nat. I can focus on enjoying him now. Forever grateful. Kate

He has gone from crying throughout the day to barely any tears at all

When we reached out to Nat, we were in an unsustainable and deeply miserable sleep situation. When our baby turned three months old, he stopped sleeping for long stretches and began waking frequently. We found ourselves trapped in a cycle of bouncing him to sleep on a yoga ball for hours, day and night. I was often feeding him to sleep and sitting upright for long periods just to stop him waking and crying. We were exhausted, overwhelmed, and desperate.
From the very first day working with Nat, there was a dramatic change in our baby’s sleep — and that change has continued to shape our parenting and our child’s wellbeing ever since. He now sleeps in his cot from 7pm to 7am, waking only for feeds. The impact this has had on him is extraordinary. He has gone from crying throughout the day to barely any tears at all.
Before working with Nat, he hated the pram and would scream in it. He cried in the baby carrier and in the car too. My life felt incredibly restricted — I felt trapped inside the house with an unhappy baby and an overwhelming sense of helplessness. Now, he happily sleeps in the pram and actually loves it. He also loves the sling and the car. Because he is finally getting the sleep he needs, his development has flourished — he has grown and his eyesight has noticeably improved in just a few short weeks.
To say this has been life-changing is an understatement. We were truly at rock bottom. As parents, we felt miserable and completely unsure how to fix the situation. Our baby was upset and chronically exhausted — and so were we. Now, we genuinely enjoy every moment together. Our days are filled with laughter and play. Our lives are guided by a calm, predictable routine that brings happiness rather than stress. For the first time in a long time, we are excited about the future and all the experiences we will share as a family.
Thank you, Nat, for holding our hands through this journey and for giving us the knowledge, confidence, and skills to create such a peaceful routine — and, most importantly, for helping us create such a happy, thriving baby.

Her methods are gentle, effective, and deliver real, tangible results

I am incredibly grateful to Nat for the transformation she has helped us achieve with both naps and bedtimes. Before working with her, we were completely unable to get our 7-month-old to self-settle. I was in a really bad place mentally due to sleep deprivation and feeling as though I was failing. Every sleep involved being rocked, fed, or held, and she was still sleeping in our bedroom. Thanks to Nat’s guidance, our little one is now confidently settling in her own room — something we honestly never thought would happen so soon.
Nat is not only warm, supportive, and an absolute pleasure to work with, but her settling techniques are truly exceptional. Her methods are gentle, effective, and deliver real, tangible results — we couldn’t believe the difference in such a short time. What she offers is genuinely life-changing for families, and we wholeheartedly want to see her business flourish, because the value she provides is amazing.

You don’t realise how much of an impact the lack of sleep is having on you until you start getting it again

We started with Nat after 9 months of being up every hour during the night, a baby that needed up to an hour of rocking to get to sleep and day time sleep all over the place.
I’m returning to work soon and knew something needed to change. After a couple of nights with Nat’s support we’d got rid of the dummy, no longer feeding to sleep and only having 1-2 wake ups.
You don’t realise how much of an impact the lack of sleep is having on you until you start getting it again! I thought I was just unlucky to have a baby that didn’t sleep, but with Nat’s help we now have a much happier household all round! I now have much more quality time with my eldest too, as I’m not fighting with the baby for sleep all the time.
I’d recommend Nat to anyone looking for support.
