She made me feel positive and hopeful

Cannot recommend working with Nat enough. We came to her pretty desperate when our 6 month old daughter was waking every 45 minutes after she was put to bed. Every night we would take it in turns to leave our dinner to get cold or pause whatever we were watching on TV to go and resettle her, only to have to go up and do it all again 40 minutes later. We would eventually give up and I coslept with her every night which left me feeling exhausted and deflated that we couldn’t have the sleep routine I’d hoped for.
I found Nat on TikTok and immediately she made me feel positive and hopeful that we’d be able to get things under control. She asked loads of questions about her current routine and situation and developed a plan with a handful of approaches we could try dependent on how comfortable we were with leaving her or tolerating a small amount of crying etc. Nat never pressured us to do one routine over another and was totally flexible with me when I said I didn’t want to feel bound to the house to do all her naps in the crib. Within a few days my daughter was doing 6 hour stretches having not slept more than 2/3 hours at a time previously, and most importantly she was able to resettle herself when she did wake at the 45 minute mark, meaning that we started to get our evenings back.
Now after working with Nat for 2 weeks my daughter is nearly sleeping through 7-7, I am just getting up to feed her once at around 4am and have plans for gradually weaning this night feed away too. Nat has been there every step of the way, checking in with me at every nap and bed time and offering guidance and support when things went a bit off plan or we needed to tweak things due to other plans. Her encouragement and reminders to keep calm and enjoy bedtimes have honestly turned it into an enjoyable experience I look forward to rather than dread.
I can’t explain the feeling of getting some time back to myself and to spend with my husband, and the way it’s impacted my mental health and ability to be a better mum to my daughter in the daytime.
I wish we had found Nat sooner, but having said that I feel like my daughter was just ready for the change and support at that 6 month mark so it was also the right time.
Thank you so much for giving me my life back and helping my daughter to develop her sleep independence. Worth every penny.

Gentle and considerate to you and your baby’s needs and temperament

I contacted Nat after another mum posted her success online. I looked for her details and sat every night for weeks looking at her Instagram stories of all her current clients bedtime successes. All I could think was, I wish my baby could sleep like this.
Before our week commenced with Nat, she had already sent over our sleep plan which meant we could get a head start and make some small changes ready. By following Nats plan and with her support – my 9 month old can now be placed down awake for naps and bedtime and will fall asleep independently. She was previously only fed to sleep and wouldn’t resettle without me breastfeeding her. Night wakes have gone from 8-10 feeds to 4-5 and only feeding twice! She now needs minimal intervention on those wakes. These results are only after a week with no distress to my daughter at all and minimal upset! My baby now has a predictable routine and will take her afternoon nap in her cot after previously only contact napping. Bedtimes are calmer, with more connection and bonding time. It’s no longer the most dreaded part of my day. I now feel confident to continue making the changes I need to keep improving her sleep. Thank you so much Nat for all your help. I will be sure to recommend you to any parents and use you myself in the future had I need to! Nats approach is gentle and considerate to you and your babies needs and temperament. Everyday isn’t perfect but Nat’s support and advice has helped me navigate each day in a much calmer headspace

I’d already joined a webinar with Nat and we’d had a rescue call, so I knew we were in safe hands. Very quickly, Nat sent over a plan and I had a good week to read it and process it ready for our start date. We chose to have 2 weeks with Nat and I’m so glad we did! The first week was a quiet one as I as I still avoiding doing too much in the day, but by the second week I was feeling so much more confident and so we had her support while going out and about. On the first day, our serial cat napper slept for 50 minutes in her cot over lunch and that continued to improve as the week went on, despite Harriet battling a heavy cold. When I was worried about her needing more sleep due to the cold, Nat was really supportive and offered alternative timings to keep the day on track. Over the 2 weeks, this advice and support lifted my confidence so much and I now don’t feel panicked if Harriet’s naps go awry, because Nat has shown me that it’s okay – just stick to our routine and timings. My main takeaway has been that consistency is better than a fixed amount of sleep! Harriet’s sleep isn’t perfect, but that wasn’t our goal – for me, the biggest aim of working with Nat was to feel confident with a routine that works for our lifestyle, and that’s exactly what we’ve got. Harriet is capable of longer wake windows than I’d have ever considered and because of that, she’s able to take a decent nap in her cot every lunchtime, which is giving me the first proper break in the day in almost 6 months! Everyday isn’t perfect but Nat’s support and advice has helped me navigate each day in a much calmer headspace. Once again, we’re out and about and I’m back to enjoying my mat leave! Thank you much Nat, we will always be grateful for your kindness, patience and support as first time parents and will absolutely work with you again as Harriet’s sleep evolves.

Nat was always on hand to answer any questions

Nat is incredible! I cannot thank her enough for the help and support over our 2 weeks of working together. Nat sent the plan over in advance so that I could begin implementing the basics before we started working together. Nat was always on hand to answer any questions and give advice where it was needed. My little boy has gone from co-sleeping and feeding to sleep and through the night pretty much every 2-3 hours, to now sleeping through the night in his own bed, and when he does have the very occasional wake, he is able to resettle without feeding! We have gone from having a bedtime filled with tears and stress, sometimes taking an hour to get him to sleep, to now having a lovely calm bedtime routine which we both enjoy and my little boy being able to fall asleep in minutes. I cannot recommend Nat enough!

We have managed to end the feed to sleep association

After 2 weeks of working together we have managed to end the feed to sleep association & create a lovely, positive bedtime routine which dad can also take part in 💗
We have moved from 45-60 min wake ups in which baby is only fed to sleep, to 3 feeds per night and 1 or 2 quick settles! We chose a super gentle method & we feel equipped with the knowledge to continue working on sleep without leaving him to cry which was a massive factor for us. Thanks Nat 💗

She’s so responsive and clear, without being pushy or judgy

Working with Nat has changed our lives. It sounds dramatic but it isn’t 😂 we went from having zero evening or couple time (and bedtimes were fractious and tense knowing that my baby would wake after a false start every night – usually 30 minutes after being put down but sometimes 8). she couldn’t settle after that without feeding back to sleep and cosleeping through the night because she woke every hour or two.
We explained everything in detail to Nat but I really doubted this would work and feared my baby would refuse the change. After one night she was settling herself through the night and after 4 or 5 days she was sleeping through. We now understand her sleep patterns better and that she needs longer wake windows to really go off happily and she’ll sleep 10-10.5 hours overnight.
It was so brilliant having Nat’s reassurance and instruction at the end of a text. And she’s so responsive and clear, without being pushy or judgy. Just a brilliant mum helping others out! 🥰
I love evenings now and look forward to putting my baby to sleep – ready for what the night might bring because even with hiccups or illness it’s so much more manageable than before 🫶

We’ve ditched the dummy and he goes to bed much happier and content

Nat is incredible and we’ll forever be thankful for her help. She’s made such a huge impact on our lives. Our son now sleeps through, his naps are better, we’ve ditched the dummy and he goes to bed much happier and content, as opposed to the battle it was previously. It’s incredible that our baby has gone from 15 wake ups a night to sleeping through, but what’s most important to us is that we now have the tools we need to help him get better sleep. As things change as time goes on, we now feel that we can adapt these skills so he can continue to sleep well for the coming months and years. Nat guided us and held our hands through it all, giving us the confidence so that we can ultimately make our baby happier she’s amazing,

You have made mine and Conall’s bond so much stronger

I can’t believe how much has changed in the 2 weeks of working with you. Literally thinking back to 2 weeks ago, we had no routine, Conall would just sleep on me in the day and I’d have to give up 3 hours of my time sat on the couch with him everyday. Bedtimes were also a battle, we would have to stand there rocking, shushing, keeping his dummy in, BF feed him, just to get him to fall asleep. There’s no way we could even attempt his cot, he would just scream and we would give in. You have completely changed our days, we now have routine, Conall can fall asleep independently, I can actually do things in the house in peace! But the main thing is that you have made mine and Conall bond so much stronger and made my days with him so much more enjoyable as we’re both so much happier. I’m so happy we now get to have a lovely Christmas together as a family, and don’t have the daunting feeling of being awake 10 times every single night!! Thank you Nat for all your guidance and help on Conall’s sleep journey 🩷

The bedtime scaries have gone!

Nat has honestly changed our lives! I cannot recommend her enough. Before starting with Nat our 1 year old would fight us every bedtime and it could take anything up to 90 minutes, then once asleep she would always wake up within 45 minutes. Overnight she would wake up 4/5 times sometimes, and sometimes not at all, there was no pattern! She was also still being fed over night.
4 weeks later (two illnesses included!) and bedtime is calm and she goes to sleep on her own with little to no winging every time and no wakes overnight!!
Our lives have massively improved everyone is happier and no longer completely sleep deprived and running on empty. The bedtime scaries have gone!!
So thank you Nat from the bottom of our hearts

To now having the long midday nap, I never thought I’d see the day

Nat has been amazing. She provided a very clear plan and amazing tools to help my little one sleep better. She was there every step of the way and always there to answer my many questions. From having a chronic catnapper and my days being all over the place. To now having the long midday nap , I never thought I’d see the day !!! My days are so much more smoother! Nat was also very realistic and reassured me when there were bumps in the road. I know feel so much more confident when it comes to my baby’s sleep and content with our current situation.
