⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been working with Nat for the past two weeks, and the transformation has been incredible — we honestly can’t thank her enough! It’s made such a huge difference to us as a family. Before working with Nat: Our toddler would often wake during the night asking to hold our hand, and bedtime could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. We had to stay beside them until they fell asleep, and we wanted to find a gentle way to help them settle independently — without using harsh sleep training methods or causing distress. Working with Nat: Nat sent us a personalised sleep plan straight away and then worked closely with us to put it into action. She guided us through every step, providing reassurance, clear advice, and gentle encouragement whenever we needed it. After working with Nat: Our toddler sleeps through the night! Bedtime has become such a calm and lovely part of our day. We have a really nice routine that we all enjoy, and our toddler is able to go to sleep on their own — we can even leave the room! Tips: We’d recommend booking in for two weeks as a starting point. Around the one-week mark, our toddler started to test boundaries, which was the trickiest stage — but having Nat’s continued support made all the difference. What we loved: • The support was constant and reassuring. It really helped in those difficult moments when things didn’t go to plan and we weren’t sure what to do. • The approach was incredibly gentle — we were worried there might be lots of upset or distress, but there was hardly any. We couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more sensitive method. • We’ve come away feeling so much more confident — knowing the right timing for bedtime, how to respond to different situations, and how to trust our instincts. We truly can’t recommend Nat highly enough. It’s been such a positive experience, and we’ll definitely be back for support with our second baby! Thank you
