NO LONGER HAVE BEDTIME ANXIETY!

I reached out to Nat after having six months of bedtime battles, which could take up to 2 hours and her having spilt nights and would be awake for on average 2 hours a night. Sleep training was always something I never wanted to do as I assumed it would be just crying it out. However, this is not what I got from Nat. Nat was very knowledgeable and when I reached out she explained all the different techniques she uses and advised that we didn’t have to stick with the tactic we originally decided on and we didn’t. Nat was there throughout every nap time and bed time to provide guidance and tips if an element wasn’t working. Another big reason I chose to work with Nat is she provides guidance on getting rid of the dummy. Our daughter is 20 months old and it is something we knew we needed to get rid of. Without Nats support on this I probably would have cracked on the first nap and gave it to her. The change in our daughters sleep in the last week has been unrecognisable, there is still work we need to do but I feel so equipped to continue with the changes we have now implemented. I don’t think I could thank Nat enough for her help over the last week she has given us our evenings back and there is no longer any bedtime anxiety!
