Sian and 7 month old Bobby

Bobby had always been quite a good night time sleeper, but he point blank would not nap during the day unless held/in the pram/in the car. I loved the contact naps but they were becoming unsustainable and I knew I needed help to make a change! Nat was amazing and quickly made a plan for us ahead of our start date, taking in to account reflux issues. Nat was so supportive and it made such a difference having someone at the other end of the phone when things felt tough. Her knowledge and reassurance pushed me to keep going. By the end of our week with Nat, Bobby was self settling in his cot for a long lunchtime nap every day, and sleeping 10+hrs independently through the night. It has honestly changed our lives for the better and I’m so glad I found her and her magic!
