A big big big thank you Nat for everything. Answering all our questions (even the silly ones) and for massively improving all of our sleep. It has been a game changer! We were at a real low when we finally decided to get support from you and we now feel back to our normal selves! We were happy before but now that our sleep has improved, our parenthood journey feels even richer and we’ve reached a whole new level of happiness 🫶🏼
Incase it hasn’t shown, we do really appreciate all the effort and time you have given us over the past month. Thank you xxx

Parents of a 10 month old (Sammer and Ezra) – no names
Nat was recommended to me as I was at a point of despair and desperation about to go back to work. My koala baby was still, at almost 1 years old , waking multiple times in the night and I was feeding her back to sleep because it was the easiest thing to do despite me knowing she didn’t really need food. Her daytime sleep was only good if she was on me and while the cuddles were lovely I knew she needed to figure out how to do it on her own. Having had a baby (who slept) before I did feel like I’d somewhat failed getting a sleep consultant but I now wish I’d got Nat involved so much earlier.
Not only is Nat so kind and understanding I love how she doesn’t use a cookie cutter approach and takes the time to develop a flexible programme that’s unique for you and your baby. I especially love how she doesn’t expect or want you to be tied to the house for naps times. I was a tad sceptical at first but very quickly my baby’s sleep improved and Nat gave me the confidence and skills to withdraw night feeds without feeling like I was being cruel. I no longer get the night fear where I dreaded knowing I’d have so little sleep.
I honestly do not know how she manages all the regular check ins and constant support with 4 young children of her own but she does 24/7. Me and my family cannot thank her enough and I’d say to any one do it – Nat is superwomen and an absolute life saver !!
