We reached out to Nat based on recommendations and being so sleep deprived and as a complete loss worrying about how I would manage when I go back to work in a few weeks time. The change in naps/ routine instantly had a major positive impact on our babies sleep and he was finally tired enough to sleep through the night! The techniques for self settling that Nat gave were so helpful and she even helped me change to a second technique when I didn’t get on too well with the first option! Nat was so supportive and didn’t make me feel like I had to do anything or leave my baby when he needed me and the difference has been incredible! We’ve gone from 5-10 wake ups every night with having to cuddle and resettle him for atleast 15 mins a time to him sleeping through the night over 7 days now with only a couple of cot resettles that take minutes! Would 100% reach out to Nat again if we ever needed to❤️
