HEALTHY HABITS!
Working with Nat when my little one was 6 weeks old really helped me learn the best tips for helping him to sleep. Nat helped me work out wake windows and how to try and get Stan down for a nap when he needed it. Nat checked in constantly and was always there to answer any questions. She even offered advice on how to help with wind! Although Stan is still too little for a proper sleep routine Nat’s advice is helping me to start healthy habits that will hopefully mean he sleeps well in the future🤞🏻 If all doesn’t go quite to plan, I will definitely look to work with Nat in the future! Xx
