HAPPY, MUM, DAD AND BABY!

I don’t even know where to begin! Nat has completely changed our life and I have a much happier baby now. My 5 month old has pretty much always been a terrible sleeper, but then the 4 month sleep regression hit early at 3 months and her sleep got even worse… I didn’t think that was possible! All naps in the day were either contact naps or in the pram, and if she ever did go down in her cot it would be for 30 minutes max! She was waking every 45 minutes – 1 hour every single night. She needed comforting back to sleep every hour whether that be rocking, shushing or bum patting. This was happening every single night for around 6 weeks and we were so sleep deprived I couldn’t take it any longer! I felt like I had tried everything; consistent bedtime routine, watching wake windows and not allowing too much sleep, putting her down awake but drowsy etc! I contacted Nat after a recommendation and was assured that she could help me, I was skeptical but would have tried anything at this point. Nat sent me the plan over the weekend but we wasn’t due to start until the following Tuesday, however I started to follow the plan straight away. I couldn’t believe before we had even started properly, my baby slept through the night! Every night hasn’t been perfect but I don’t expect it to be. She’s a baby and she needs her mum, but what Nat has been able to help with is teaching my baby how to self settle between sleep cycles! She has lots of tips to give you and is flexible around any plans you have, which is reassuring because nobody wants to feel like they’re trapped at home to fit in naps! The best thing out of it all is she is with you every step of the way. Every nap time and every bedtime she’s there to support you, which makes the whole process so much easier. It has completely changed our lives and my baby is so much more content in between her naps now. Happy mum, dad and baby! Thank you so much Nat!
