Kay and 5 month old Skye

I cannot believe within a week I’m where I am. From feeding to sleep, co-sleeping, up 9+ times a night, constant contact naps or car naps. We now have cot naps and I have time for myself. There are no tears at night and my daughter sleeps in her own bed. It’s been hard work keeping consistent to get to this point but 100% worth it. Nats constant support through the tough naps or night routines gives you the confidence to keep going. The best part is knowing my daughter is getting the sleep she needs and deserves.
