Friends of ours said that Nat had really helped them so we decided to get in touch now while our baby girl is still young enough to learn some better habits. It used to take over an hour to get her to go down in her cot. If her dummy fell out or each time she went through a sleep cycle she would wake up and need resettling all over again! It was exhausting and due to a bad back it was becoming impossible. Within 24hrs of Nat’s help, she would go down in her cot awake and self settle with no dummy. Such a huge change to our lives and we are very grateful! I’ve had more sleep in a week than I had in the 4 months since she’s been born. Nat gave us the confidence and support to stick with the plan and it’s paid off! Thanks Nat!
