I just wanted to say thank you for the past 3 weeks, we have gone from having no routines, with all of our naps lasting 30 mins if put down or only doing contact naps and me as much as I was loving the cuddles I had no time to myself. Refusing naps in the pram which would cause so much stress when out and about. He will now nap in the pram with ease! He can do two hour naps alone! I thought this would never happen. Bedtimes are becoming easier and easier with our routines. I will be forever grateful for the work we have done and the progress we have made and I will be sure to continue using your plan 🙌🏼
