Amber and 4 month old Halle

Nat has changed my life, I was so apprehensive about paying for something that might not work, I decided to take the plunge after months of no sleep, my 4 month old waking every hour to be fed back to sleep (eventually cosleeping) just to get a little bit of sleep, would only contact nap in the day and no routine. On the first day, my expectations were exceeded and every day just got better from there. She now naps in her cot, sleeps in her cot and wakes once for a feed in the night. She is able to self settle and feel safe where she is sleeping meaning a well rested mumma & a happier little girl. Having someone with you morning, noon and night to reassure you even when some days don’t go to plan, different options to suit you, and just someone who understands what it’s like and just an overall lovely person made the experience so much easier. Thank you Nat, so so much for all your help. ❤️
