YOUR BABY’S SLEEP CAN IMPROVE!

After waking once a night for 13 weeks, my little girl started waking numerous times. Tired and confused by conflicting advice on social media, i contacted Nat for some advice on how to adapt to this sleep regression and how to put in place habits that will support  her sleep in the long term.  Nat looked at her nap, sleep and feeding patterns and provided some suggestions on following wake windows, and environmental changes to support her sleep. Whilst she is too little for sleep training, on Nat’s advice, we’ve begun placing her in her cot slightly awake/drowsy, which should assist with sleep training at a later date. This has begun to work most of the time.  I valued receiving support from another breast feeding Mum, and from someone who has been there and done that with regards sleep and regressions. We would recommend Nat for anyone needing sleep advice and reassurance that their babies sleep can improve.
