Please don’t do what I did and wait, hoping things will magically get better

I came across Nat through a small TikTok account with hardly any likes—exactly why I knew the review was genuine and not paid. Before that, I’d tried reaching out to the big sleep consultants with hundreds of thousands of followers, but every one of them felt like chatting to a bot. I even bought a generic sleep guide that did absolutely nothing except stress me out.
Finding Nat was the best thing that could have happened, and I discovered her at my absolute lowest. My little boy was nearly six months old and every nap was still a contact nap. They were horrifically stressful—we had to rock, run up and down, sing louder than his screaming, and stand for hours to get him to sleep. I was completely drained. Thank goodness my mum and dad could take turns helping while my partner was at work.
Every morning I would dread the first nap. He’d start screaming 45 minutes after waking because he was already exhausted, and it felt like my whole day began and ended in chaos. At night I’d feed him to sleep, praying he’d drift off on the bottle so I could put him down, only to be up every two hours feeding again just to settle him.
One night, after an awful stretch, I was lying in bed crying and reached out to Nat—and she replied immediately. Four hours later she sent me a completely bespoke sleep plan for Arthur. I started that very afternoon, capped his last nap, and that night he slept through for the first time. I couldn’t believe it.
The next day I tried to follow the nap plan on my own but struggled, and once my 1:1 support with Nat started, everything changed. She was there every step of the way. Her replies were so fast and her knowledge is incredible. In just two days my confidence grew tenfold. I was honestly sad when the week came to an end—I even booked a second week because having her there felt like having a comfort blanket.
Nat never makes you do anything you’re not comfortable with. If you’re happy, she’s happy. Arthur has now slept through a couple of times, but I’m also perfectly content giving him one night feed, which is all he needs. I absolutely love having structure and routine in my day. Nat encouraged me to pram-nap rain or shine, which has been amazing for getting me out of the house and has done wonders for my mental health.
Honestly, I need Nat on speed dial. I’m even considering her six-month package because I love having her support that much. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone who’s struggling. Please don’t do what I did and wait, hoping things will magically get better. They don’t. Babies who struggle to sleep need support and gentle teaching. I kept thinking my baby would eventually just nap in his cot or suddenly sleep longer stretches—but he needed me to have the right skills, and Nat gave me those.
Thank you, Nat. You’re incredible.
P.S. She even works weekends and replies throughout—her dedication is unreal!
