HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Having worked with Nat in the past (baby sleep is far from linear!) we reached out again when our little girl began waking more frequently as she turned one. As always Nat was enthusiastic that we could address the issues successfully together and in a very gentle way without any cry it out. She suggested we attempt a transition from 2 to 1 naps to address nightly wakes. I must admit I was slightly skeptical that our little girl would be able to manage the long wake windows, but from day one she was taking  one 2 hour nap in the afternoon,  and her nighttime wakes reduced from 3 to 1 instantly! Whilst we had some days with more than one wake (for example due to illness and on days when due to the timing of baby classes two naps were needed), she now usually wakes only once. This wake is for a comfort feed which I’m happy to continue for now, but I aim to implement Nat’s plan to wean this feed when we feel ready.  Her daily check ins and chats provide a much needed source of non-judgemental support and encouragement, and she is always there to answer any questions and concerns.  We would highly recommend working with Nat if you would like to see improvements in your child’s sleep.
