Honestly Nat, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you have transformed not only our lives, but Louie’s too! Reflecting back.. we spent many days/weeks searching for someone to help, using a method which DOES NOT leave the baby to cry it out as that was not something we was willing to do. We stumbled across yourself and another sleep consultant. The first we messaged before finding yourself quoted us over £1300 for a two week package. To us that was just ridiculous. Then we found you.. our nanny Nat as Scott calls you🤣 You are nothing short of amazing, you have understood, empathised, acknowledged and listened to us. Not a day went by where I was unsure what to do, your speedy responses and messages that show you actually care was just so heart warming. Especially during a time where I am happy to share we were at rock bottom. You are a real angel, who has lifted us to where we needed to be. A happy well rested family, with a baby who sleeps in his cot, ON DAY ONE! Never ever did we think we’d be saying that! From a boob loving, latch for comfort baby, to one who is no longer fed to sleep. He still wakes in the night, which is absolutely fine, he’s a baby and if he needs us, we’re there. But from waking some nights over 15+ times to now a maximum of twice a night is just simply unbelievable. All done with your methods whereby we’ve never had to leave his side! A baby who took over 2 hours to get to bed a night, now falls asleep within 5 minutes. You’ve helped us recognised we can achieve what we’ve achieved, with your undivided support and attention. What you’ve done for us means the world. Thank you Nat and goodbye for now! We will miss you! If we need to again in the future we will not hesitate to get in touch. For one last time!
