HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I contacted Nat for help after enduring 6 weeks of sleepless nights once my son entered the 4 month sleep regression. The lack of sleep was impacting my wellbeing and I felt I wasn’t being the Mum I wanted to be during the day! I had become consumed trying to figure out how to make him sleep and completely ruled by his nap times. Nat was responsive from the moment I messaged her and took me on straight away, despite being so busy! She was then really flexible and put our plan on hold whilst my son was poorly. We had support from Nat for 2 weeks, and during that time we have gone from my son only napping for longer than 30 minutes if he was contact napping – to now having a 2 hour lunchtime nap in his cot everyday. Sometimes he still needs my support to resettle between sleep cycles but he has also done this himself on some occasions, demonstrating the progress we have made. Night times are still a work in progress as we are currently facing teething! However, we no longer have false starts and are definitely not waking every half hour/1 hour like we were 2 weeks ago! Nat helped me navigate the habit wake ups my son had developed and supported me to persevere with resettling him at those times. She was responsive when I felt the first method wasn’t working for us and quickly adapted the plan. I now feel confident with knowing what my son needs overnight and he has become much more flexible with his naps, sleeping in the car, cot and pram! I’m realistic in knowing that sleep may never be perfect, but to have experienced some nights of my son sleeping a solid 8/9 hours sleep now before a wake up is life changing! I feel more resilient in dealing with the hiccups now and I’m no longer obsessing over what every other Instagram post says my son’s sleep needs are! I would highly recommend Nat and will definitely return for her support in the future if needed🙏🏼
