GAME CHANGER!

We thought we had a baby “who didn’t sleep” or would “sleep when they wanted to”. How wrong were we?! We have a wee girl who sleeps through the night now in her own cot bed! After co-sleeping and latching onto me all night, she now sleeps 7pm-7am! It’s incredible. Let’s not forget the 2.5 hour long nap in the afternoons, so my washing basket is now clear! In all seriousness, this has been an absolute game changer without using any cruel, cry it out methods. It has been calm and gentle the entire time and we are both SO happy to get our time (and bed) back again. We know there will be bumps in the road but we feel much better prepared to handle these. Thank you Nat 🥰
