UTTERLY AMAZED!
I reached out to Nat for help with our 7 1/2 month old. For the past 5 months she had been up nearly every 1-2 hours (sometimes less!) and our evenings were non existent as she would only last 30 mins in her own bed before needing settling and that was on loop until we came to bed. We ended up co sleeping out of desperation to get some sleep for the last 6 weeks and so from 8pm onwards I was in bed holding a baby until I went to sleep. Then throughout the night she’d wake every 1-2 hours and only feed back to sleep. Not ideal and I started to feel like I’d never be able to have an evening with my husband or friends again!! Enter Nat! ⭐️ Her personalised plan was fab. It went from co sleeping to independent cot sleeping in gentle steps so I never felt rushed. I also never wanted to do any form of CIO and was nervous that I’d just be sat with an upset baby but Nat reassured me we could change and adapt things to make me feel comfortable . After implementing her plan a couple of days early we already saw amazing results with Rosalie settling in to her own cot and already sleeping longer stretches. Then the next night she slept through!!! I was utterly amazed. Throughout the week with Nat we had 4 sleep through and 3 nights with only one wake up!! 🤯 What I also loved about Nats checking in throughout the week is that I felt I was being held accountable, in a nice way! So that I didn’t just go “oh I’m tired today, I’ll just fall back to old habits” which would’ve been easy to do without the support! She gave me great advice for the future and has set us up with a brilliant base and routine to adapt with as Rosalie grows up ☺️ Most importantly, she’s given me my evenings and my bed back whilst still sharing special cuddles and bedtime with my baby, which has had such a huge impact already in a short space of time on my own mental health and my relationship! ❤️
