I decided to message Nat after a friend recommended. I’d used a sleep consultant before and spent a lot of money for it to fail. I had faith my baby could sleep but had just found the wrong person before. Nat has been wonderful. She does exactly what she says she will do. She checks in. She makes new plans if needed and gives you support and reassurance when things are going bad or good. In a week my baby had changed for the better and that’s because of Nat. I feel we will continue to make progress and if I ever have concerns about his sleeping I’ll be able to contact Nat again and know we will get things back on track. If only she could stay on the end of the phone reassuring me every night.If you have thought about contacting Nat do it. She’s wonderful, she’s your sleep fairy godmother.Don’t waste your money on generic sleep programmes or stupidly expensive sleep consultants. Pick Nat I promise you won’t regret it!
