Kreesha and 7 month old Aria

So grateful we took the plunge with Natalie! After co-sleeping for 7 months, it wasn’t working for us anymore and I was too sleep deprived to figure out how to change it. Having used sleep trainers before with my son, I was skeptical but would highly recommend Natalie. My baby is going down in her cot by herself without a tear which I couldn’t have imagined this time last week! She’s down to one or two wake ups which are becoming more manageable everyday and Natalie’s support was invaluable in helping me keep perspective and reminding us how far we’ve come. Thank you for helping us learn to flex our routine with confidence, keeping us going and ultimately getting us all some much needed rest!
