Rosie and 18 month old Bella

Thank you so much Nat for your help with Bella’s sleep. We have gone from co sleeping and nursing multiple times a night to my husband being able to put her down to bed and settle her during the night. She is now also spending the whole night in her cot with no feeds. It’s such a big change from where we at the start of the week! Nat was happy to answer all my questions and helped us adapt our plan as we went along and responded to what was working best for Bella. Thanks so much Nat!
