About Nat
Hi, I’m Nat – a certified Level 3 OCN Baby and Child Sleep Consultant, mum of four boys aged 7 and under, and founder of Nights with Nat. With over a decade of experience as a primary school teacher and a degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to every family I support.
Like many parents, I’ve faced the exhaustion of sleepless nights. When my eldest woke every 40 minutes and needed to be breastfed back to sleep, I hit breaking point and began a journey of research, trial, and routine building—eventually helping him sleep through the night. Since then, I’ve navigated four unique sleep journeys with my own children, all while continuing to breastfeed and embracing flexible, gentle routines.
After informally supporting fellow mums through shared advice that transformed their nights, Nights with Nat was born. Since qualifying in October 2024, I’ve helped over 630 families achieve better sleep with compassionate, tailored strategies that work in real life. I’m here to help you do the same—with support, empathy, and proven tools that respect your parenting choices.
